FAQ
Questions, answered honestly.
Everything below is true to what Dukonix is: an online catalog for merchants who complete purchases offline. An inquiry is a message to the seller, not an order.
A quick glossary
- Catalog
- The collection of products a merchant shares through one link. Not a store — Dukonix never takes payment.
- Inquiry
- A message to the seller, not an order. A customer opens a product, taps contact, and starts a conversation.
- Contact clicks
- How often a customer taps a contact channel. One of the six catalog insights Dukonix measures.
What Dukonix is
The product in one sentence — and the boundaries that keep it honest.
- Dukonix is an online catalog for merchants who complete purchases offline. A shared catalog link lets a customer discover a product and start a conversation with the shop. They browse, they message you — you close it the way you always have.
- No. Dukonix never takes payment, confirms an order, calculates delivery, or measures a completed transaction. It's a catalog: it shows your products and routes inquiries to you. The conversation and the completion happen in your own chat, as always.
- No. Sharing your catalog link on those services is supported and common. Syncing with them — pulling in messages or posts — is not part of Dukonix. An inquiry is a message to the seller, not an order, and it lands in your Dukonix inquiry inbox.

Inquiries and contact
How a customer reaches you, and what an inquiry is (and isn't).
- An inquiry is a message to the seller, not an order. A customer opens a product, taps contact, and starts a conversation. You reply and complete it in your own chat, in person — however you always have.
- They reach you on the channel you added — phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram, Facebook, or your website. Each contact is validated before it's published, so a customer never taps a dead channel.
- Every inquiry lands in your Dukonix inquiry inbox. Nothing slips between chats. You see them in one place and reply through whichever channel you choose.
- No. Dukonix never takes payment. How you and the customer settle up is entirely between you.

- Dukonix Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You get unlimited products and catalog design. Start it from Settings > Dukonix Pro in the app.
- No. Every customer can browse your catalog, message you, and send an inquiry on any plan. Pro adds catalog design and removes the product limit — it never gates publishing or the customer contact path.
- Plan subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Dukonix itself never processes payments.

Your catalog
Setting up, sharing, and keeping it current.
- Three steps: set up shop details and your link, add products (photos, price, availability, categories), then publish and share your one link on any chat. Customers open it without an app.
- Photos, price, and availability (available now, low stock, or out of stock), organized by category. You can add an FAQ to each product and to the shop, so customers find answers before they message you.
- Edit a price or availability and every shared link reflects it instantly. Your catalog is always current — no re-sending a PDF.
- English, Русский, O'zbekcha, Français, and Español. Set one, or let the catalog follow the customer's device.
- Catalog views, unique visitors, product views, contact clicks, inquiries, and top products. These are the metrics that describe a catalog — never the metrics of a completed transaction, because Dukonix doesn't measure any of those.
