A few honest notes
- Dukonix is an online catalog for merchants who complete purchases offline. It never takes payment or confirms an order.
- An inquiry is a message to the seller, not an order. The shop completes it in their own chat, as always.
- We don't offer live phone support. Email is the fastest path, and we keep it personal.
